We believe that worship is shown through our obedience to God’s word because our application of God’s word is what really expresses faith in Jesus!

Nevertheless, taking time to sing praises to God and concentrate completely on what Jesus has done for us, not only gives God love and attention, but it refocuses our hearts on our Lord!

He is worthy of our praise!

Giving appreciation and thoughtful attention to God both what He deserves but it also helps us to trust in Him more than what we see around us everyday!

Taking time to honor God with our voices and posture, means less time that we dedicate to our worries, fears and worldly ambitions.

As John the Baptist said,

“He must increase, but I must decrease.”

What better way to do this than spend time lifting up God’s name, rather than using our voice to bring attention to our failures, worries, goals and frustrations!

Let’s make God more prominent in our hearts than all of the distractions that fight to have our undivided attention!
